The DC6 unit is a direct drop-in replacement for the original style headsets from the Alcoa or CSI capping machines. Our DC6 unit is the same pulsating magnetic torque technology as the original headset. We have produced configurations to directly replace the models XT6, Magna Torq, MT 2000, MT3, and VK560. We have the spindle connections for the 200 series and 7000 series cappers. Our DC6 units are produced with the best quality design and manufacturing practices in the industry but at a much more economical price.
